Terms & Conditions:

• - Replacement depends on product availability
• - The replacement product will be the same model and original specifications
• - The product may be repaired instead of replaced depending on the case
• - Replacement may take 7 to 14 business days
• - The defect must not be caused by misuse
• - No physical damage such as breakage or water damage
• - The product must not have been opened or repaired externally
• - The product must be mechanically intact
• - The original product must be returned before issuing a replacement
• - Packaging and accessories must be retained
• - A manufacturing defect must be confirmed
• - The original purchase invoice must be provided
• - The seller reserves the right to inspect before approving the replacement
• - Only one replacement request is allowed per product
• - The customer may request a refund if a replacement is not available
